Sending to a business address or destination that has specific closing times?
Hospital & nursing home deliveries
For hospital or nursing home deliveries, please provide us with the recipient’s:
- Full name
- Ward name or number
- Hospital name and address
- Whether the recipient is a patient, resident or part of the staff
Hotel & resort deliveries
For deliveries to hotels & resorts, please provide us with the recipient’s:
- Full name
- Room name or number
- Hotel (or resort) name and address
- Whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, we will not refund any payment. If you wish to send the order again it will be at full expense.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of the delivery, the order will be left in a spot deemed safe by our delivery team such as close to the front door, behind a porch or fence out of the view of the street. If this is not possible a business card will be left in the letterbox notifying that the delivery has either been left with a next door neighbor or to call us and arrange for a suitable re-delivery time of the gift at an additional charge.
Locations with difficult & restricted access
There are buildings with difficult access for a number of reasons. Locations with restricted access are normally residential buildings and business buildings. Deliveries to such locations, we highly recommend you that you include your recipient's contact number in the delivery instructions during the checkout to avoid unsuccessful deliveries.

- Apartment / Condominium buildings
- Dormitory
Examples of business buildings include:
- Office buildings
- Warehouses
- Shopping malls
- Colleges & universities
The above list just demonstrates some examples of the building types but the list is not limited.
Public holidays
On public Holidays and special occasion days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, the delivery times and conditions may vary. Please be aware that delivery on Public holidays cannot be guaranteed, as most businesses are closed.
